Through more prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Evergreen people will

1. ENDURE FOR JOY

—Acts 4:29-31, Hebrews 12:1-3, James 1:12 

We will overcome every difficulty in this world by borrowing joy from the world to come. Delighting in the Lord will get us through.

2. PASTOR OUR CITY

—Matthew 9:37-38

We will pastor our city by calling every believer to pastor in their place and to support lay pastors through staff pastors in a culture of tithing.

3. SATURATE  OUR SPHERE

—2 Corinthians 10:15-16

We will saturate our regional sphere through compelling broadcast of Evergreen messages and music on devices everywhere in our city.

4. REACH MORE CULTURES

—Matthew 28:19-20

We will evangelize cultures by preaching Jesus in more languages and being a source to churches in Israel, India, Pioneer Square, Africa, and even South America.

5. MAKE MORE ROOM

—Luke 14:23, Deuteronomy 4:41-42, Isaiah 54:2-17

We will grow people bigger in faith by believing together to make more room on our campus for thousands of people. We will make Evergreen Lights accessible to crowds by starting with Christmas in July.

6. PUT DOWN ROOTS

—Psalm 102:8, Genesis 28:20-22, Jeremiah 31:16-17

Godly people will put down roots to stay in the the Pacific Northwest because Evergreen builds a campus for the community and launches Compass Christian School. 

7. OWN THE CAMPUS

—Proverbs 3:9-10, Genesis 26:22, 2 Kings 4:3-7, Psalm 84:6-7

Our people will own our campus debt-free by January 2023 through first fruits offerings. We will dig springs of financial supply to fund a source church through ministries that meet needs, draw neighbors onto our campus, and prosper us to build more room.

8. MOVE TOWARD THE VULNERABLE

—James 1:27, Psalm 68:5, Isaiah 1:17, Acts 10:38, Mark 5:15, 19

Just like Jesus, we will speak for and serve those who have no voice. This includes the orphan, the widow, the strangers in our city, and those oppressed by addiction. 

9. EQUIP ENTREPRENEURS

—Acts 18:1-2, Psalm 107:23-28

Jesus will influence the marketplace as we disciple entrepreneurs as pastors to take ground for the Kingdom through their business.

10. EMPOWER YOUNG LEADERS

—Acts 2:17-18

Young people will drive our church forward because we invite them into the vision, we pray for Holy Spirit baptism on their lives, and we listen to what they have to say.
