“There is more happiness in giving than in receiving.” Jesus invites you to share in God’s HAPPINESS (Acts 20:35). Here are ways to give at Evergreen Church.
TITHE
The ministry of Evergreen Church is FREE to the people of our CITY and to YOUR HOME because people like YOU give ten percent of their income to the Lord. Everything we have belongs to the Lord. God asks us to BRING ONE-TENTH and allows us to keep the 90% for our needs. GOD PROMISES, “I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!” - Malachi 3:10
Everything you see at Evergreen Church is the result of generosity. Your tithe provides a campus, pastors, kids ministry, youth events, Alpha dinners, Christmas cookies, marriage preparation, financial counseling, care for the vulnerable, and much more.
LEGACY BUILDERS FUND
The Legacy Builders Fund is Evergreen’s building fund. Evergreen Church has a vision of regional influence for generations through a campus designed for the community. Legacy Builders gifts are used to pay off the mortgage early to be debt free and to fund future expansion.
YEAR END GIFTS
Evergreen Church has a Christmas-giving vision to turn our auditorium into a movie theater where tens of thousands of people can watch a Christmas movie that makes Christmas all about Jesus. The video wall is up, and it works! Here’s the proof. In the first three Christmas lights nights, 3,421 people walked on our campus, and 2,314 stepped indoors to watch the entire 15-minute movie. That’s 68% of visitors stepping into the church building! If that trend continues, our church could reach over 30,000 people indoors at Christmas! That's about $2.50 per guest at the Christmas lights. The video wall vision is $85,000.
